"Open" command defective #2380

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file from the Finder
2. Start Sigil, then "Open" a file

...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Opening from Finder opens a "new" Sigil window, but not the file.
Open from the File menu opens a file - but also in a new window . . . the 
"blank" Sigil window remains. (Every version I've used on the Mac has done this)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.2 MacOS 10.8.4
