When I edit korean character(2byte Characters), cursor disappear. #2397

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Edit Character
2.Then cursor diappear 
3.But still can edit just disappear in monitor
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just fix bugs plz

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.3
windows 7 64bit Ultimate korean ver.

Control of the cursor/display is part of Qt.  There's nothing we can change in 
Sigil to affect this, so if it is a problem it's likely to be in Qt.
