Command for "strong" and "em" #2402

There are several commands to markup text, e.g. h1, h2, h3, p.

But there are no commands to markup with "strong" or "em".

Non-semantic markup like "italic" oder "bold" could not replace the 
semantically correct elements.

I even suggest to introduce a new menu "Markup".
Because markup is not formatting.

The element "p" should not appear as "Normal" inside the sub menu "headings", 
but as "paragraph".

May be you like my suggestions.
