Program crashing #2404

Hello,

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File
2. Open
3.
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program crashes as soon as I click on the "file, open" command. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sigil 0.7.2    OSX 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below. If your source file is
required to fully understand the problem, please attach it to this issue.

I've tried reinstalling the software, with the same results.  I would really 
like to use this software, but am unable to.  Please help.
