The default user-dictionary #2412

I'm using the Sigil editor to edit books in different languages. When you do
the spell-check, and you select on the right click context menu "Add to default
dictionary" is adding the word to the dictionary called "default". In the end,
the default dictionary will contain words from multiple languages which will
impact on spelling.

My suggestion will be, that when you select the language for a book in the
metadata, the default dictionary to be defined as "default_xx" where xx is the
international country code.

Another issue is that the dictionaries are created in UNIX format. It is
difficult to read the file in Windows, if the installation is a windows one.
For example Notepad is displaying the words one after the other. My suggestion
will be that Sigil to be able to read any format (UNIX, Windows, etc), but to
create the user dictionary in the format of the Operating System that is run by
the HOST computer.
