Keyboard shortkey for moving between IDE windows, i.e. switching mouse/input 
focus from editing window to the Table Of Content or Book Browser without by 
pressing any button combinations, like Alt+<something>. The purpose is 
navigation without moving hands from the keyboard

Currently using:Sigil 0.7.3
Windows 8, x64
