Some command shortcuts not working #2429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "closing tag" short cut - default is CTL + .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a closing tag, but instead get whatever it's assigned to e.g. CTL + . - 
you just get .

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.4, Mac OS 10.9
