Sigil v0.7.4 will not launch

Unable to launch Sigil v0.7.4 from a fresh install on Windows 7 x64. Found a 
post here: http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=214692  that 
indicates others have had this issue.

Tried launching as administrator, restarting, reinstalling, none of that worked.

Installed v0.6.2, launched fine.
Reinstalled v0.7.4, launched fine.

Problem has re-occured several times. Each time, v0.7.4 will no longer launch. 
Uninstalling it, reinstalling v0.6.2, launching v0.6.2, then upgrading to 
v0.7.4 makes it launch a handful more times, then it stops launching again.

I have this same problem. I left the install icons on my desktop for 0.6.2 and 
0.7.4 and whenever I have to close Sigil I just install the older one, open it, 
close it and instal the newer. At that point Sigil will run just fine until I 
close it.
Meh, free is free. It would be great if there was a way to figure out why some 
of us are having this issue so it could be solved but from what I have read it 
ain't gonna happen.
