Incorrect date format in metadata on Mac #2439

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an existing or Create e new ePub.
2. Open the metadata editor.
3. Try to change the publication date with a very old date, let's say 02-02-1911

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: 1911

What I see (inside content.opf) is 2011

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sigil 0.7.4
Mac OSX (10.9) Mavericks

The year in the date format should be changed from 2 digits to 4 digits.

Or, any date before 2000. I.e., 1998 also becomes 2098. 1867 become 2067 :)

Oh Lord, I just realized this issue is more than a year old, and several 
versions, too.

Is this one of those bugs that'll just be ignored forever?
