"Select all" option #2445

Sigil is an editor of documents in epub format. All editors (from Windows
Notepad to Microsoft Word, even NotePad ++ and many others) have a choice,
"select all", which allows you to select the entire contents of a document to,
for example, to copy it into another document. Sigil does not have this
facility.
What use I this feature?
I frequently extract the text of an epub document, and copy it to a Word file
to correct your spelling, unify format, etc. to finally build a new epub once
made revisions. To do so, currently I must enter one by one to their different
divisions, select text using Ctrl+Shift+End, click on the "copy" icon, and
paste into your Word document. This is a very time-consuming task, when the
document is divided into many parts.
Having the option to "copy all" in Sigil, this task would be done in a few
seconds.
