Do not generate TOC with active XHTML File name editor field #2454

Sigil version: 0.7.4
Build time: 2013.10.27 09:18:34 UTC

Program crasches

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load some EPUB file into Sigil
2. In the Book Browser window use right mouse button to Add Blank HTML File
3. Enter a random name but do NOT confirm this name. Leave the edit field active
4. Now hit the "Generate Table Of Contents" button in the tool bar.
5 Sigil does not respond anymore.

Not to create a list of contents.
windows 7 64bit. Sigil 0.7.4
