Document won't save #2474

When I try to save the document I get the following error message:
Error info: Critical: QWindowsBackingStore::flush: BitBlt failed (The handle is 
invalid.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I can't save my document.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
