After cleaning file is saved without any change #2480

Sometimes I found epub files that need cleaning by Sigil, so when I save Sigil 
performs it. But it doesn't produce any change in the saved file, so that if I 
re-open it, it needs cleaning once more!

Sigil version 0.7.4
OS Windows 7
