Max CPU cores to use option #2495

I have 2-core CPU and want to PC always be responsive.

Sigil uses all processor cores and hangs up my Windows 7 for several tens of 
seconds on opening book with 120 html files(each with one fantastic story).

So, I suggest option "cpu cores to use: auto, 1, 2, 3, ...".
