Implement route to return all events of a given artist #79

This is needed to show all the events of an artist in their page. Some initial attempts in this commit https://github.com/codeanticode/oasis-server/commit/ec5c8ed71923e2036bfdb634dcfb2115d6d4380d, but all return an empty list. This discussion on StackOverflow seems relevant. This other one probably even more relevant.
