Information about sending documents to ISO or ITU #27

Given the changes that are needed in documents and concepts that will get flagged, we should create a best practices document for sending OASIS work products to ISO or ITU. For example, if going to ISO documents need to use "common text" aka shall and shall not, not MUST and MUST NOT. There are also several other issues and concerns that can come up at the international UN level. So technical committees should be mindful of these if they plan to go that route.
