HL does not support .odt file types for OpenDocument #171

Hello --

We have a somewhat critical request.

One of our communities, the Open Document Community are the creators of OpenDocument Format that has the file type of .odf. They noticed today that the platform does not support this as an acceptable file type for uploading to the document repository.

Could we please get this changed so the Community can use the tools they created?
