TCs and subcommittee listings #59

TCs and their subcommittees are not showing together in the list projects. This seems to be due to alphabetization issues.

For example, the CTI subcommittees appear higher in the list because the first letter is "c" and the TC itself appears much lower on the list bc it is shown as OASIS CTI Technical Committee... starting with an "o"

We need to nest them together.

@KellyCul Check the All communities page for2 options we have - Nested Communities and sorting communities by (I selected most people - but a few other options exist like most email etc)

Looks like this was an artifact of being on the wrong site. I will tag this for documentation.

This is still not displaying correctly. Why is AMPQ showing under OASIS?

Kelly raised this with Ryan and he gave a non-answer on how to fix this. We will come back to this once priority issues are resolved.
