TC Name & Display Issue: DocBook #87

DocBook seems to have 2 TC pages: OASIS Docbook TC and OASIS Docbook TC2

Bob Slayton has asled this question.

Scott said that he notified the transition team of this issue. Need to follow up.

Kelly pinged Ryan on 3/4/24 bc I couldn't tell if he was aware of the issue.

From Ryan on 3/12/24: Yes, a duplicate was pushed from Fonteva at some point. If we have the link to the one you want to keep, we should be able to reconcile. We'll need to work with CRMD - is low priority right now.
