This link returns a "Nothing Found Sorry, it seems we can't find what you're looking for. Maybe you'd like to return to the homepage?"

Thanks again, Pim. I changed the link to go to https://www.oasis-open.org/join/#membership-dues-op . That seems the most relevant page for someone following that link.
