Raised by @scottmcgrath - Part of the HM retainer is to cover training us on the website tools. We should think about the topics to ask to be trained on. No sense them spending time training us on things we already know how to do.

Per the spring planning call this morning, I think the SEO product Yost is going to be something we need to learn.
