We need a way to link to individual OS/CS on the standards page #96

On the legacy site, the standards page was an HTML page and each entry could be linked independently. This can still be done - see for example https://www.oasis-open.org/standard/akn-v1-0/ - but it isn't clear from the main standards page how to get to that url.

As @CarolGeyer and others often use these to direct people to specific standards, we need a way to find those urls and use them.

You can do this now however it is convoluted and requires access to the WP dashboard. The process is (a) go to the Standards list on the dashboard, (b) find the CS or OS you want, (c) hover the cursor over the title of the spec and click View, and then (d) copy the url from the browser bar.

See, for example, CAMP V1.2 at https://www.oasis-open.org/standard/camp-1-2/

However, an easier way is needed so that staff have an easier way to get that link.

We discussed today. @CarolGeyer confirmed that this is still a useful capability. Leaving in To do column for now.
