jsonschema.exceptions.RefResolutionError: Exceeded 30 redirects. #292

When running the elevate command on an XML STIX-1 file, we get an error: "jsonschema.exceptions.RefResolutionError: Exceeded 30 redirects." Code is just the library example code pointed at our file.
