This pull request adds the objects needed for the STIX Visualizer to visualize the infrastructure examples in WD04 of STIX 2.1. Like the other pre-existing icons, these come from Bret Jordan's stix graphics repo. They were minimized and renamed to match the size of the pre-existing objects.

Note that the two objects added are SCOs rather than SDOs, but there are already objects in the sdos data structure which are not SDOs.

Submitted under IBM's Entity CLA.
