Correct the class definition for stixCore:StixObject and cti:ExtensionDefinition. #17

Several changes are needed to correct this problem.

create a stixCore:ExtensionDefintion
assert that a cti:ExtensionDefintion is the superclass to stixCore:ExtensionDefintion
review the cti:extensions object property.
review the property assertions of cti:ExtensionDefintion

The ranges of the stixCore Object Properties should be double checked for correctness.

In review of the stixCore:StixObject class there are a few things that surface. It is a subClassOf:

cti:extensions some cti:ExtensionDefinition
cti:created_by_ref_id some xsd:string
cti:external_references come cti:ExternalReference

To Do List for stixCore:StixObject:

The cti:extensions object property must be changed to stixCore:extensions (It is already subclassed)
A stixCore:ExtensionDefinition class must be created
A stixCore:created_by_ref_id datatype property needs to be defined,
- it needs to be a subproperty of cti:created_by_ref_id,
- and the stixCore:StixObject class definition changed.

In review of the stixCore:StixDomainObject class two more things. It is a subClassOf:

cti:object_type some xsd:string
cti:id some xsd:string

To Do List for stixCore:StixDomainObject:

A stixCore:object_type datatype property needs to be defined,
- it needs to be a subproperty of cti:object_type,
- and the stixCore:StixObject class definition changed.
The cti:id datatype property must be changed to stixCore:id (It is already subclassed)

I'm closing this issue because it has been decided that the refactor of #18 supersedes.
