The class definitions for ThreatActor and IntrusionSet are not declared in the proper location. #25

The ThreatActor and IntrusionSet definitions should be defined in the same location as all the other SDOs.

Additionally, the class definition for Adversary should be defined in the stix-semex namespace.

Moved the subclass assertions to the tac.owl ontology.
