Link to CLA does not work #169

At https://github.com/oasis-open/tosca-community-contributions/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#about-oasis-tc-open-repositories, there is a link to a CLA (https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/open-repositories/cla), but the URL is an endless redirect. Is this a temporary issue or should the link be updated?

This link appears to be broken on the OASIS portal as well. I have asked the OASIS team to look into this.
