The cleanup-openstack playbook in meta_test should run automatically for openstack scenarios, and so probably doesn't need to be included here. The subscription in the prepare playbook can use vars_files, like in /roles/cockpit/molecule/shared/prepare.yml@master

There. Fixed that. Somehow my git config was rewritten so I was "Anonymous CI" with email "noone@nowhere.com". So now that's not the case...
