Process: Please assist in addition of contributor #173

@chet-ensign please kindly assist @tschmidtb51 to become contributor to this repository with the capaiblity to assigne reviewers etc. - thanks.

I seem to be not able anymore to find the link I used years ago to initiate that status.

Hi Stefan - I've added them to the csaf-write team. They should watch out for an invitation to join the group.
