Add ROLIE examples #313

We should provide examples for the ROLIE documents as requested in https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/269#issuecomment-871596061.

The issue a user might face is that there seems to be 2 variants of converting:

https://dzone.com/articles/creating-atompub-server-java uses plural for array elements (IMHO more JSON like)
https://www.redhat.com/security/data/oval/v2/feed.json uses singular (IMHO more as the RFC)

What should we use?

I did not found a formal transition from the ATOMPub XML Schema to JSON. Is there any?
