use multiplicy vs. ArrayOf() #397

Updates property tables in 3.3.2.2 (profiles), 3.4.1.5 (features), and 3.4.1.16 (properties) to use JADN multiplicity vs. ArrayOf() for consistency.

NOTE: Rich Diff view works really well to examine these changes.

Addresses issue #393
