Create JADN Appendix #408

This PR partially responds to issue #361 by providing a new non-normative appendix to illustrate how JADN can be applied to define the OpenC2 information model, and how the JADN definition then supports creating derivative schemas in various formats.

This PR was approved for merging at the 5 October 2022 working meeting.

@sparrell stated a need that prior to publication

  1. this Appendix should be relabeled an Annex
  2. the LS document must explicitly reference the external JADN schema document / file

Both of these are to support eventual adoption by ITU-T.
