PR #408 responds to issue #361 to connect JADN to OpenC2. Since that PR was merged (October 2022) there has been considerable work done on the JIDN-IM Committee Note. The content of Appendix D from the PR should be updated to align with the CN.

Example: the appendix refers to "Complex" types, whereas the CN refers to "Compound" types.

PR #428 addresses this issue as part of updating the LS to recognize the published JADN Spec.
