Per Toby's statement that OASIS prefers to recognize past contributions, this PR puts Jason Romano back in the list of editors.

Per discussion at the 28 June working meeting, it was agreed to address this with content in the acknowledgement section, rather than by altering the editors list. Closing this PR w/o merging.
