Two Definition Files for end-of-sale #45

There exists both definitions-taxonomy/End-Of-Sales.md and definitions-taxonomy/end-of-sales.md. Having two files with virtually the same name could be confusing and the files could get out of sync. It seems prudent to delete one of them.
