This pull request introduces the initial JSON schema draft for OpenEoX. It is only a starting point for the TC to continue creating and defining the OpenEoX JSON schema.

During our OASIS OpenEoX TC Monthly meeting held on 2024-01-24, it was decided that this PR will be closed. @tschmidtb51 proposed an alternative approach in PR #10, advocating for a more streamlined and portable schema design. I completely support this and it is the best way to move forward with the schema work. This recommendation aims to prevent field overlaps with existing standards, aligning with one of our TC's primary objectives. We are striving for a schema that is not only compatible with established SBOM standards like SPDX and CycloneDX but also integrates seamlessly with CSAF and any other standards.
