I propose we define "document" and we use UBL's definition of:
set of information components that are exchanged as part of a business transactionand we reference UBL as our source of that definition. Electronic data exchange for business has dealt with this lexicological issue of 'is this bunch of bits an object or a document' and if we use the UBL definition then we will be consistent with other supply chain standards.
