As discussed at the meeting, I am proposing we have several places to put our 'problem statements' that our work is trying to solve. One place is the FAQ which is being setup separately in Issue #1 and PR #2. Another place is a "Use Case" directory which will have two subdirectories "ValuePropositions" and "PractionerUseCases" - the former being more for people outside this group justifying the value of this work (eg why it's good for the business) and the latter being the details we tend to focus on.
