Scalar units and floats #41

In our discussion today, we argued that generalized scalar units should always be float - but there were some issues with that...

I first put my concerns as a comment in the pull-request, but I guess not everyone sees it - so I decided to create an issue instead - hope that is ok?

I have some comments on the syntax for used-defined scalars, but the grammar is great!

We now allow either TOSCA float or TOSCA integer
