Fix the width of the sample code in the pgs module

It looks like the plural-gender-select module is missing from the pdf files. So I looked at the existing pdf and resized the browser to get the same line width. Then updated all pgs examples to fit into that width.

I also found another example that does not fit (and also has weird spaces in the text, in pdf) That is "5.8.13 Example file"
