Detailed Description

We should update the announcements section in the official XLIFF TC's webpage: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=xliff#announcements Here are some ideas of new items that can be included in that section: -New module. -Public review of the new version (once it will be online). -The validation tool developed by Rodolfo.
