I have noticed some client demand for a way to tell what documents are finished in the reports.
Currently they have if the document has been published. This dose not solve their need. A instructor can hit publish at any point during the editing process. it dose not tell you if a document is finished.
As a reviewer I want to quickly find unfinished documents so I can harass my instructors about completing them before the next term starts.
Workflows looks like it might be trying to solve part of this need.
A user story for creating and using a workflow would be helpful.
