Home page need redone. #525

The home page should:

  1. Direct potential clients to the on boarding process.
  2. Allow current clients, users, and admins to login and use salsa.
  3. Allow potential clients to test salsa out.
  4. Communicate what salsa is.
  5. Communicate the problems salsa solves.
  6. It should look good.

At best it dose 3, 4, and 5 and I do not think it dose those effectively.
