republish says something went wrong #537

when a user clicks republish and fills in the two dates and hits search then they land on a error page saying:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

I suspect that if republish runs into a document without a published time it could cause issues.

This issue is solved. however when you click "republish all" the bar just sits at 0 completed.
