As an admin, i want the "Import Contents" button in a "disabled" state until i have meet the required conditions for the process to function: i have used the "Choose File" button to trigger the process that allows me to identify and queue the contents file that will be imported.
When i click on the "Choose File" button, and complete the process of identifying and queuing a component file of a supported type, the "Import Contents" button state is changed to "enabled".
