App Installation: Split Application #219

When trying to install split applications (e.g APKS files) the island installer isn't shown as option for installation. Perhaps split APK installation just isn't implemented yet.

Split APKs can be installed one by one, via Island App Installer. (base first, then splits)

Would be great though, if APKS files were also supported since it's a very popular file format
