Cannot turn on Island & App Watcher #510

When I'm trying turn on those settings Screenshot_2024-04-14-19-41-37-250_com oasisfeng island It takes me to the notification settings, which is greyed off Screenshot_2024-04-14-19-41-34-231_com android settings
