Changes for tutorial

Temporary changes for the tutorial to be reviewed.

Once all web3c.js and confidential-compile are npm packages, I will remove much of the stuff here.

TODO:

• replace web3c.js copy with npm dependency
• replace confidential-compile script with npm dependency
• remove unnecessary package.json dependencies (once we do above two)

@willscott sorry I wasn't clear, this isn't meant for review. Removing most of the stuff in this PR once we publish on npm.
