xz: bump to 5.6.2 #119

bump xz to latest release. I removed the HAVE__MM_CLMULEPI64_SI128 probe, because its no longer defined.

I also added a commit to correct xz's segment in .gitignore, which was set to ignore = all. Seeing as we dont currently have any patches we use for xz, I saw fit to correct it.
