curl: update to 8.4.0 #70

Hi!

Given the recently fixed CVE-2023-38545 I thought I should update curl.

No problem and thanks for the tip wrt the function-like macros. I figured you would know something about it due to your work on cproc. I don't tend to use many macros like that in my own code so I haven't run into that problem before.
